Great store and I always find the staff very helpful and friendly!

100% excellent service. I rang today to check the stock of item , I spoke to Stephanie she was excellent went out of her way to find the item when it wasn't on shop floor she asked me to ring back while she checked the warehouse she went out of her way and found it kept it for me until I made the 40 mile journey to collect it My 8 year old son was so happy Thankyou Stephanie your kindness and helpfulness meant so much xxx

Went in Monday to purchase bike for my 3 year old. I was asked if I wanted it made up for €5 fee. I said no. When advisor came back with bike I told him I changed my mind and did want it built to which he said would be 2.3 days before this can be done as "bike maker" not in..total lies..As I Know For A FACT more than one guy makes them.up. Maybe my own fault for changing my mind but to me he just didn want the bother

Was in today with my two very excited kids and they picked two toys each. We went to the checkout desk and the woman that served us was very rude, unhappy and not a nice person, her customer service was appalling, she didn't speak only to say the amount she needed and next to the next customer. I asked her for two bags she more or less though them over the counter at me. Not happy a customer. Maybe this was because it was about 5.40 on a Sunday evening and she was trying to get people out of the shop.

I have gone out of my way to buy a toy car from them and have it shipped to the US. I understand that they can't/won't ship here, but I arranged a middleman to ship to us in the US. I placed an order that their security team denied due to different billing and shipping addresses, and got an email saying my order was canceled. It was reordered today using a different card and was again, canceled by their security team. We spoke with a rep who explained this, and we explained that our credit card company approved the purchase, etc etc etc. She was rude and disconnected.

How hard can it be to order a toy for a childs first birthday???!!!!
