Took the grandson to Smyth's toys superstore Easter Tuesday came out a very happy wee boy

I visited Smyths Ballymena yesterday and was served by your employee Gavin at the electronics counter, he was absolutely fantastic and really helped me. Thank you

Very disappointed was in store lastnite and didn't get any money off my purchase so rang the store to be told the staff arnt allowed 2 tell there customers about the offer that's on for black Friday

Ordered for collection, only to told after I’d paid for the item that it needed to be collected within 2 days. Contacted customer service to ask for an extension due to snow.

Not at all helpful. Customer service is nonexistent.
