My son James wanted a mindcraft sword! Thank god he picked the softer version. Plus he got a super flying plane and ofcourse more fidget spinners. Gavin served us and he is always lovely to us everytime. I needed to go to the toilet and a lovely blonde boy ran down with me to show me the right direction.
Always a pleasure and they always let you take your time which is a blessing when you have a six year old who changes his mind at a split second.

I've been shopping here for years, and have never had any problems with finding the toys you need. Helpful staff also.

Totally ruined my wee boys first birthday, took him in to pick his presents only to have to walk out again because the range of items is pathetic in Ballymena. Unless you watch Peppa pig or paw patrol you won't get anything. 1 Bing item, 1 Mr Tumble and 3 rubbish in the night garden items not worth buying. Absolutely disgusted

Great selection and normally very helpful staff. However today one staff member was downright rude to my wife. Someone called Lorraine, acted like a huffy teenager when searching for an item. I appreciate Christmas is a high pressure time in retail, but a smile and friendly attitude costs nothing. I'm afraid poor customer service and continually tutting , refusing to make eye contact will cost you the future custom of our family.

staff is rude!! wee girl was trying out a scooter to see if she could work it properly to a staff member approached and asked my 3year old to get off to that she was upset and crying!!! but he just took it anyway! will not be back to spend money in Ballymena store!
