Recently purchased a tumble dryer from here a few weeks ago , the start button broke last week, I spoke to a man on a Sunday which was very helpful , the manager wasn't present at time but had a ring back the following Monday as promised and we received the exact same replacement within 2 days of speaking to manager , thankyou very much , very happy

The advice and customer service was second to none. I've since been in touch to keep an eye out for a few more pieces. Don't hesitate if your looking for something chic, different and a centre piece.

Absolutely fantastic. Bought a lot of flat pack wooden furniture here for our new house. All but one of the items were perfect but there happened to be a couple of drawer bottoms missing from one chest of drawers. When we brought this to their attention they couldn't do enough to help and even allowed us to take the already put together drawers from the display model so we didn't then have to put them together. Would recommend this place to anyone. Brilliant quality (expensive looking!) furniture for a very reasonable price!

Got a dishwasher from here. Delivered a few hours after purchase. Great machine. Great service. Only missig the fifth start because nobodys perfect. But excellent service experience. X

Do you do pay monthly for your equipment or I it pay full amount on the day of the product

apperad to be getting a bargain on a dryer in the bangor store got it home to caernarfon no vent for dryer and it doesnt even spin the clothes very annoyed will be contacting the store tomorrow first thing
