Space Yoga & Wellness offers a range of yoga and pilates classes, workshops and retreats. My aim is to help you make space in your body and mind. . . to move, to breathe, to reconnect.
Space Yoga Description
Space studio offers a variety of yoga, pilates and wellness classes. The studio is set in the beautiful surroundings of Galgorm Castle. Space is not a gym or fitness studio - it is a heath and wellness studio that provides a calm and welcoming environment for you to take some time out to learn or develop a practice of yoga and pilates.
At Space the focus is on reconnecting with your body and breath and moving in a healthy way to promote strength, flexibility, balance and wellbeing in the body and mind.

***YOGA & SPA RETREAT - GALGORM SPA - FRI 28 SEPTEMBER*** Our next Yoga & Spa Day Retreat in Galgorm Resort & Spa will be on Friday 28 September. In my classes this week we are focusing on opening the shoulders & chest and strengthening the back. Working through Locust & Bridge variations leading to Bow pose (Dhanurasana) 🏹 It’s been a while since I done this pose and it felt so good! I’m back in the studio Thurs night and Sat morning 🧘🏼♀️

Looking forward to the first Mummy and Me Market in Gracehill this Friday 21st September 11am - 1pm, where I will be setting up a kids yoga area to keep the little ones enterained while the Mums can browse the amazing local retailers at the market.

When you eat well, you feel well from the inside out. I say most of the time because it’s important to have balance - this is true for on your yoga mat, in your diet and in your life. Where do I start? Fantastic location, wide variety of classes to choose from, absolutely brilliant teacher who explains everything fully so it's simple to follow. I look forward to the challenges of my class every week. Just wish I had time to do them all. Would recommend Space to everyone to try.
The girls had their first children’s yoga class today and loved it. They are looking forward to next week already.
Space studio is great. Newbie to yoga and the instructors are great and friendly making you feel really comfortable and welcome. Great workout and so much variety in what they offer. Definitely worth checking out
Space studio is first class.Ciara Keenan is an excellent teacher. Would recommend space studio to everyone. I go to power Pilates which is really fun enjoyable and energetic and the back drop of an excellent setting ���

Only discovered Space & Ciara a few weeks ago. Fantastic classes, encouraging, directional and very rewarding. Just back from the detox and restore Workshop and thoroughly enjoyed, I highly recommend. Lovely studio and setting... Uplifting!!
My daughter attended the kids yoga this morning and really enjoyed it! Look forward to the next class.
Love this place. So different to any gym or fitness studio I have ever been too. The location is amazing & Ciara creates and friendly and relaxed environment. Definitely worth paying a visit too. 5�

Just popped in tonight as over on holiday and really loved the class and venue. Looking forward to trying some more classes during my stay
I couldn't recommend this place enough! I booked my daughter's 6th birthday party here and it surpassed any expectations. The yoga workshop was great fun, with children aged from 2 to 9 totally engrossed. They organised party games, wand making and even cut the cake and handed it out. The personalised birthday card and little bag of goodies for my daughter was the icing on the cake. Thoughtful, helpful (they even went out for napkins which I had forgotten), fun (they wore fairy wings lol), and genuinely lovely; thoroughly recommended!!

Ciara is fantastic, the studio is fab and what a location....thoroughly enjoying the beginning of my yoga and Pilates journey in space. Attended the detox and restore workshop today which I would highly recommend. Awesome!!
Ciara is an amazing Pilates teacher! I've attended her classes for over 2 years and I wouldn't go to anyone else. Her classes really do motivate and help you to achieve your potential! ���
