We have hip n happin food vendors serving up brunch, lunch, and hot drinks. From funky vegan fast food, posh bacon sandwiches, speciality burgers, gourmet grilled cheese, Tokyo ramen, crepes, fish, wood-fired pizza ... We have street food to suit every palate.
... Our vendors will be cooking up a storm from 10 am - 6 pm - Brunch to lunch or just a nibble, they are cooking it!

In just under a year, Ispini Charcuterie has not only created a growing fan base and experiencing demand beyond NI, but they also have been awarded 3 Stars for their Rosemary & Thyme Bresaola in the Great Taste Awards 2017 and is a runner for Supreme Champion to boot!
Ispini Charcuterie sources it's meat from Northern Irish farms who share their values of provenance, welfare... and taste. It is handmade in small batches and expertly cured (hence 👆 award).

Another #KitchenSessions announcement... Great British Chefs, Chef Eddie Attwell is honouring us with his presence in our demo marquee. He will be doing a dish with Ballyriff Buffalo Farm and another yet to be revealed 🤔.

Each year we produce Speciality Food Fair at Moira Demesne we endeavour to add new elements to improve visitor experience.
This year, one of the initiatives we are adding is a short dog walking service, courtesy of local professional dog care company, Hiker Hounds NI.
Gemma, Colm and their team of volunteers will be on hand to take willing dogs for a short walk around the lovely Demesne grounds, whilst their owners browse around the food market marquee.
