Went today to look at buying some new frames - Becky was amazingly helpful and so friendly! First time customer with Specsavers and the service was great - will definitely be back!

Was in Specsavers in Portadown earlier, and typically my little 10 week old needed fed....i started discreetly feeding him while waiting, Anita then told me i was welcome to continue feeding where i was or she could do my eye test and i could feed away. Love how relaxed, comfortable and welcome she made me feel! Thank you Anita.

Bought glasses last August and had continued problems with one pair which you fixed several times with no quibble.

Yesterday brought them in again and you promptly told me just to choose a new pair to replace the problem ones.



I was very happy and your staff are so helpful and friendly they are lovely to deal with.

People are so quick to complain so I thought I would congratulate you from a very happy customer .

Cannot recommend Michael and his team highly enough. Excellent service, going way beyond what I expected from a high street optician. Have had to attend the royal eye clinic twice on their advice and thanks to them my eye problem is much improved.

Went there for an 11-30am appointment on 23/07/2018. On arrival I was standing inside for 5 minutes before someone attended to me. I had to wait a further 10 minutes at the front before I could get a chair to sit on as the place was busy. I got the first few tests done 15 minutes later. I was waiting another 15 minutes to try and see the optician but had to leave. I had my 5 year old daughter with me who needed a toilet but staff were far too busy to ask for assistance so I got up and left. I rang later to re-book another appointment.

I may cancel and give Vision Express a go, I hear they are very good. It would have been better if a member of staff informed people that they are running behind and give the option of waiting or re-booking.
