Absolutely horrible...never ever order from this dump..worst thing I've ever had.

Ordered a pizza and chips for delivery, when the food arrived there was something that resembled a hair in amongst the chips. I phoned to complain and after about 5 mins of trying to explain that this was a problem I was finally informed that another chip would be sent out to me. I then received a phone call asking me to give the chips, container and foreign body to the delivery driver, which I did. I then missed a phone call from the shop at 00:51 hrs which I returned the following evening thinking it might have been management looking to apologise for the earlier incident or possibly looking some more information. When I returned that call I was given nothing but verbal abuse and was sworn at repeatedly during the call. The person I spoke to denied that any call was made to me at that time, although the call log on my mobile says different. In amongst the verbal abuse I was informed that what we initially thought was a hair was, in fact, a brush bristle. The manner I was told this seemed like this wasn't an issue at all, I beg to differ, the only way I can see a brush bristle ending up in a portion of chips is if the chips were on the floor that had been brushed. This leads me to believe that my chips were on the floor of the establishment prior to being packaged and delivered to me to eat. I would not advise anyone to use this place because, if you have a complaint, you will be sworn at and met with a torrent of verbal abuse, and this is from someone who was once a regular customer!!!! The customer service in this place is non existent and, it would appear that food hygiene training is also absent.

Best kebab in town

Bad delivery service, placed order at 20:50 and at 22:00 rang to ask where it was as it had been over an hour, was told it was on its way and would arrive any minute, rang again at 22:25 it had now been 1 hour and 35 mins since i placed my order, was told it would be any minute, but on the food tracker i was told my pizza had already been delivered at 21:50. When i rang to complain i was not very happy with the response i got, food is lovely but service is not
