Niamh was an expert -very knowledgeable - but l am most dissatisfied with your returns policy - one should get their money back - within 14 days at least . Change this or I won't be back.

I bought a pair of Nike shoes for my 6 year old and after a couple of days wearing them she was giving out that the Tongue of the shoe kept going diaganol and hurting her. The stitching seemed off and no matter how we fixed the velcro the tongue kept going diagonal. I brought them back to the shop and they refused to change the shoes stating 'tongues sometimes go to the side' and that 'there was nothing wrong them'. I just wish that my 6 year old understood that, we're stuck with £22 pound shoes she can't wear. while we were waiting on the girl to go and get a second opinion on her 'the shoes are fine verdict' my girls picked up a £2 fan containing sweets but when they got to the till these were 2.50.... not the first time this has happened to us in the store. Rant over no more sports direct for us.

Good Sports Direct store. Staff are friendly and there are great deals in store.
