Can be a bit of a jumble sale to try and find your way through! Finding sizes is a bit hit and miss, as is finding staff to help or who know anything about the store or what they sell!

The shoe section is always busy, can be a job getting shoes from the store room

Uninterested staff, good luck trying to buy anything from here if it's not available to lift and carry to the counter. Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen.
