Lovely shop no staff to help waited ages trying to get help with kids shoes and clothes because couldn't reach myself not complaining about staff all lovely when I did finally get help , not staff fault doing there best with very little staff felt like dropping everything I picked up and walking out ,so when they say people are shopping on line wonder way?????

Sports Direct in Coleraine.. They're Customer Service is atrocious... They're Manager running around the place on a hand held radio like she's running a small country, hasn't got the manners to allow the Sales Assistants to assist u without interrupting and making staffing arrangements when ur trying to ask them questions about things..
None of the football boots seem to be displayed in the right place as every pair we looked at turned out to be a different price than the one displayed
The store has one exchange till that isn't labelled as the exchange till, which results in people being sent from other tills to the exchange till and getting priority over customers already queuing there, and then to have the so called Manager tell u technically they get priority, even though ur trying to do an exchange as well....
As for actually getting a Sales Assistant to help u.... They're as rare as hens teeth....
