Don't give the proper rate bad customer services

Has everything You need for sport but lacks choices. Customer service is very poor I'll try to avoid this place. The staff look unhappy may ask if you are ok... when it came time for me to pay there was no small talk as they took my money, not even a thank you! HR needs to sort this out as I'll be going else where for now! My review may change.

Good range of items. Very helpful lady in shoe department. Nicer service than other sports direct shops we've visited. She actually wanted to help.

Poor service not happy. I think it is awful you don't get your money back if you have returned an item that isn't any good/fit for purpose they do give you in store credit. Staff seem over worked and always under pressure.
