With Valentines day just around the corner and Easter in the coming months also we would like to warn owners to please keep chocolate away from your dog!! It is toxic and poisonous to our pets!! if your pet ever consumes chocolate contact a vet straight away!! Keep chocolate away in high up presses and off countertops and low benches! if you suspect your dog has consumed chocolate contact 028 71353538 without delay!!

What an amazing place. Both our dogs Miley (German shepherd) and Poppy (pug) have been regulars at st elmo’s for a while. The staff are really professional and friendly, the treatment our dogs have had has been life saving! I highly recommend St Elmo to anybody with pets. I also recommend the healthy pet club! Miley and Poppy are both covered for vaccines,worming, flea treatment, health checks through out the year. Keep up the great work

Took Pixie today for her booster and as usual she was barking mad and wouldn't go near the vet who then asked me to leave the room to see if it would make a difference, 5 minutes later she appeared in the vet's arms as good as gold and had her examination and her jab, well done can't believe the difference in her .

Have been visiting here since the summer with my 2 dogs, The girls found out that my older dog Baby has a heart complaint and will be on medication for the rest of her life the advice and guidance we received here for her was so helpful and reassuring to me and my kids. Then my Ruibin (Ruby) he went on heat and stay in heat for a considerable time Alisling I feel went far beyond to stop this heat cycle for Ruby and will be for ever thankful for all there help
