Worst Starbucks Mocha I ever had ... Taste of water and cheap chocolate powder ... Avoid

The worst flat white I've ever seen, tasted or smelt. Take me back to London. Why isn't zero stars an option?

Chronic service. Admittedly I was told there was a delay with drinks. 5 people making them, all working incredibly slow and neither one was coordinating service. Drinks that were prepared, waited on the side with no attempt to move them to the counter. After 15 minutes of frustration, clearly seeing my drink was prepared I was told to wait my turn. If eye contact could harm they would be mortally wounded. What a shambles. Regular customer to Starbucks . Never again, simply awful

Floor dirty tables not cleaned. Spillage on tables

Horrible. No que at the till but took over 20 minutes to heat a bacon butty. Normally the service is great but this has completely put me off ever using this branch ever again.

Not busy, extremely slow, floor filthy

The thing I love about Starbucks apart from the great coffee is that it is consistently good no matter where in the world you find one. The branch in Belfast international is no exception.

The queue moves fast thanks to a well staffed bar, there is a large seating area that struggles with the volume of airport passengers.
