Took quite a while to get a basic Americano. There was no semi skimmed milk and the cup was stained.

Great coffee etc but staff should sweep the floor now and then.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, place doesn't open to 7:30am weekdays and I arrived at 7:20 one morning without thinking and the gentleman allowed me to come in early to stay out of the cold before they opened and he also made and brought my coffee to me without hesitation or asking for money. The rolls were not on until half 7 so he had no problem allowing me to pay later. When I tried to pay a lady told me not to worry about it. I actually felt as if the place was too good for me :)
