Starbucks Coffee

Was in on thursday at approx. 7.30pm it was not very busy. I am aware that it can be a busy branch but it was very dirty ,floor ,chairs,tables ....a huge stain on the chair beside me over all disappointed not like starbucks at all need to sort out as very off putting .staff were friendly but not an enjoyable visit.

It is Sunday 22nd Oct and the shop is empty my husband went to the counter to be served and ordered 2 hot chocolates with cream, staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves than being interested in serving. My husband asked for a spoon and after 5 mins of waiting because the man (Chinese) was more interested in checking his mobile phone than doing his job, just waved his hands to wooden sticks and stated over there. Then the man went back to his phone. The drink was luke warm. MAYBE IF THE STAFF DIDN’T HAVE THEIR PHONES my drink would of been hot and enjoyable

Sorry to say that chair, table and floor dirty. Really off putting. Staff friendly and helpful though

Standard Starbuck coffee shop, plenty of options and popular with the locals as well as travellers.. there's better, cheaper coffee to be had in nearby places like Nero but this is great for those who prefer Starbucks

I've been going here on and off for the past 10 years. I love it early on a Saturday morning when it's not as busy as it can be at other times (i.e. literally queued out the door). The food and drinks are the normal Starbucks stock, which is all good. The upstairs in the building has been revamped so it's really modern and comfortable.

Great atmosphere I just had an amazing Carmel macchiato

Lovely centre location, staff were really nice and helpful, great place to have coffee, good view towards the plaza; could've had a wider range of cakes and dessert in general though

Staff weren't pleasant, coffee wasn't great either. I asked for a Carmel frappachino and it just tastes like day old cold coffee. Little Carmel sauce as well.

Staff were really friendly, nice comfy sofas. Had my graddaughter with me aged 9 who was looking for a grown up treat. No marshmallows & powdery hot chocolate. A bit disappointed......
