We are currently recruiting Team Leaders!
Successful applicants will work with Care Coordinators and the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of a high quality, efficient and effective care service to our service users. Team Leaders posts are required in each of the following areas: Cityside, Waterside and Strabane District.
Team Leaders will ensure that all calls are covered and maintain effective communication between Management, the Carers, and Service Users and when ...authorised Health and Social Care professionals.
This role is suited to individuals with 1 year minimum experience of working in the care sector, a minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent (or 2 years domiciliary care experience), and knowledge of database systems and Microsoft Office. Applicants must have full driving licence and access to form of transport for work purposes. Deadline for applications is 8th July 2019
