Strabane Shotokan karate club is a well known club in Ireland for its high level karate with classes for all ages on Monday & Wednesday nights from 6: 30pm.

Strabane Shotokan karate club is a well known throughout Ireland for its high level karate. Karate is an excellent way to get fit, develop focus, determination, self awareness all whilst learning to defend yourself. We have classes to suit everyone and if you're looking to start, we have classes to suit all ages and abilities:

Monday and Wednesday:
6: 30pm to 7: 30pm (Juniors Aged 7-11) and
7: 45pm to 9: 00pm (Seniors Aged (12 + )

Tuesday
5: 45pm to 6: 30pm (Little Tigers Aged 4-6)

Tuesday & Thursday
7: 45pm to 9: 00pm (Free Ethnic Community Classes)

Our facility is custom built for Karate and located at Mopack Business Park, Ballycolman Road, Strabane, BT82 9PH.

Karate is a great way to get active, keep fit, have fun and build character as well as improving focus, coordination and discipline. Why not break the barrier and have a go.
