The womens fitness/kickboxing classes back this Friday evening 16th @ 7:45pm-8:20pm in Moortown Youth Centre Tobin. Well done last week. There are still some places left in the classes.

Grading tomorrow eveni£3.00 plus £5.00 for the belts.ng for Tobin juniors at Tobin Youth Centre. If the students have their record books could they bring them? if they dont have a record book one can be provided free of charge.

There will be a grading for all students of Tobin Street JuJitsu club on Friday 9th February; bring your record book if you have one and your current belt. Normal class price of £3.00 plus £5.00 for the belt.

Good grading tonight at ardboe, both Juniors and Seniors done very well; one Junior in the club had an outstanding grading and will be awarded distinction plus a prize of £10.00. All belts will be awarded next Tuesday night at the class 7pm - 8pm
