Test Kitchen are based at Loading Bay Cafe on the last 3 Sundays of every month with an ever changing, eclectic brunch menu. The perfect spot to chill out and stuff your face with family and friends!!
Our meat is supplied by the royal farms, our veg is sourced locally wherever possible and our food is cooked to order every time. We happily take 24hr pre orders for GF/Vegan dishes.

The perfect after dinner tipple. Melted dark chocolate, shaken with coconut milk and MANY glugs of vodka 😜
Garnished with a toasted coconut rim, et voila!!

These are the dried shrimp I mentioned, that’ll be stir fried with my Delica pumpkin on Saturday. You soak them for a while then chop and add to your wok. They add a deliciously savoury flavour and create an authentic Chinese taste!

Preparing for a private SupperClub on Saturday evening. My Delica pumpkins have arrived, complete with that red wax stamp of authenticity! They’ll be stir fried with shallots, garlic and tiny dried shrimp that my mama brought home from China 😛

This was SO tasty that even baby Salvador loved it! The kind owner gave me the recipe, so I’ll definitely be cooking this when I get back to UK!

What an evening! I attended Milly's lovely SupperClub at the weekend - and what a night it was. The food was scrumptious, the company was hilarious and the night was just perfect. We ate Lamb Kleftico, which was UNBELIEVABLE. Literally melt-in-your-mouth fantastic. It was lovely to meet some new folk, we laughed an incredible amount. Hope we can all do it again sometime soon! :) x

On arrival the warm ambience of the dining area made me feel instantly comfortable, then comes a feeling of excitement waiting for the mystery guests to arrive, followed by a refreshing glass of bubbles.



Starter - A beautiful delicate bowl of Seared scallops, with the most delicious mouth watering Jerusalem artichoke purée that left my heart pining for more.



Main - Beetroot and goats cheese gnocchi Salt baked beets and fresh Goats curd, absolutely divine.



Dessert- Choccotini - Chocolate Vodka and a Martini glass, I WAS IN HEAVEN truly delicious.



Thank you for an amazing evening of giggles wine and delicious food, I also had the pleasure of meeting some lovely new people.

I will definitely be back for more more and more.

My evening at Supperclub was one I had really been looking forward to . I had several chats with Milly beforehand and she very kindly squeezed me , my husband and my son in. She was warm and welcoming and totally relaxed and laid back. She put on a feast! We were in heaven at the selection which bought back happy memories of our ten years in Singapore. This was just perfect to kick off my birthday weekend . Thank you Milly , loved meeting all the others. Can't wait to come again and to visit the food truck.

Highly recommend this special experience, I can't wait to go again .

The sauce was deliciously rich with just the right amount of spicy heat, perfect for mopping up with the paratha. Well done Supperclub Windsor. Your mum will be proud of you. ��

I had the pleasure of attending Amelia's supper club and I was blown away! Her quality of cooking exceeds many top rated restaurants I've had the chance to dine in. I wish I could cook to her standard!!! I will definitely be rebooking, this experience is worth every penny I paid! All the best for the future Amelia.

Brilliant food and a lovely hostess can't wait for the next time

Being at the very first Supper Club night was a real privilege . Milly was a lovely host , lovely dining room with twinkly lights , felt really at home . The food was amazing . The soy and sake duck was really tender with a fusion of flavours. The Singapore Chill Crab was amazing , in fact rather embarrassingly my plate was full of the shells that I had sucked the life out of . Mopping up the sauce with mantou buns was out of this world . The Nutella Vodka Martini was the perfect finish to the night .

I also met some lovely new people who I hope to have as new friends .

Thanks Milly for a brilliant night . This is going to be a great success XX
