Thank you to all our lovely brides who have booked us for their wedding days! We are as disappointed as you that some dates have been postponed for now.
We understand that some of you may not be able to confirm new dates just right now due to travel restrictions possibly imposed on your or your family members. We are willing to issue credit notes for your booking fees until you are able to confirm a new date.
We have moved over 120 wedding dates over the last 2 weeks. There... is a great deal of uncertainty facing the wedding community, both brides and suppliers but we are very pleased the lines of communication are being kept open and we will continue to support you all at this time and are very pleased you are still supporting us. We will still be here when this situation is over.
Please get in touch if you have any worries or concerns and we will help you the best we can.
So if you have booked with us already and paid your booking fee but are worried it won’t go ahead
1. We are willing to move to a new date.
2. If you can’t confirm a new date, you will be issued with a credit note until you can.
3. If you have to move venue, please let us know. This may mean a change in the items you require. So we will endeavour to help you choose new items to suit your new venue.
