Had a massage last week with Sophie and it was fantastic. I have suffered with extremely tight neck and shoulder muscles for years and even after one session I can notice a world of difference! Sophie was able to release a stubborn knot that has given me so much discomfort recently. Thank you! Definitely recommend and look foward to coming back soon!

Had a Deep Tissue Massage with Sophie and it was without a doubt one of the best I've experienced. She was attentive, professional, and capable of working out even the most stubborn knots!

I had an amazing experience in this clinic! Staff and doctors were very helpful with positive attitude. I felt like my son and I meant something to them. I got my younger son tested for food sensitivity and received results straight away. It was found that he was lactose intolerant. I rid off lactose in his diet and his eczema that he had head to toe dissapeared within a week. This was done by simple testing within few minutes and with no pain! Thank you again! x

Had a massage last week with Sophie and it was fantastic. I have suffered with extremely tight neck and shoulder muscles for years and even after one session I can notice a world of difference! Can't recommend Helen's testing enough. I have cut out dairy the past week or so and I'm already feeling massive benefits. I was going away with more information in 1 hour than I have ever received from NHS. After 2/3 years on IBS meds I have stopped them completely now that I know the root cause and I'm feeling great �

The couples massage workshop was a great way to spend the afternoon, with lots of good techniques to try at home. There were a lot of great tips and plenty of time to practice and ask questions. Susan is a great teacher and the lunch was delicious!

Sophie is an amazing massage therapist. I came into Synergy really stressed and sore from a 14 hour day. I left calm and knot free she made me feel totally relaxed and instantly could feel where the tension was. She turned my back into liquid! I would highly recommend her.
