What a day to be back at it..

We are opening on Friday 7th February after a long break. It feels like a lifetime since we were last @ The Big Fish.
Preparation is already underway with all our meats and we are bringing back hand pressed tortillas because they are way better in flavour and texture.

It's looking more like Friday when we open at The Big Fish.
These next few days will give us time to sort everything else out from the Sports Club.

Pork Belly, Apple gel, Pickled Onion, Charred Pineapple.

On Tuesday we are back in Ulster Sports Club from 12pm.
The full menu will be available including the Pork Belly taco. We are gonna pair this with an Apple Salsa Verde.
Beef and Spicy Pork are in overnight and the Fish and Shrimp will be delivered in the morning.
... Chicken Adobo, Mexican Chorizo and Pork n Pineapple will make an appearance aswell.
It's #tacotuesday which means #3for5 and you can add fries for £1.50.
We can't forget the #vegan taco either!!

Now selling our #Tacos in the beer garden every Friday and Saturday night at The Sports Club.
9pm - 2.30am
We are back open on Tuesday. The oven is fixed and the beef is curing. That pork belly special I promised you before everything went West is happening on #tacotuesday aswell and the truck wont be opening just yet but we will keep you posted.

On another note I'm exhausted and it couldn't have came at a better time. I've been slacking massively of late and it's showing in my work aswell and I'm forgetting why I started this in the first place.
