I always have lots of requests from customers wishing to go from dark to light in one sitting... it just won’t happen! Years and years of dark box hair colours can take a long time to remove, especially on thick and long hair. Protecting the integrity of the hair and achieving lift each time is my main goal. Hair can look beautiful at each lightening stage but it takes time, money and regular appointments! I will always be honest with customers so they know how achievable their desired look is. *Note that the salon will be closed 11th, 12th & 13th of July. Also closed first week of September (open again on 10th)

Could I please ask when requesting your next appointments that you state what date your last one is, how many weeks apart you would prefer your appointments and if you have particular date preferences. If these dates are unavailable I will give you the closest alternative dates. Weekends and late nights are very limited due to weekly regulars and wedding bookings. Very few spaces free now so please consider alternative dates.
If I haven’t got in touch don’t panic, I will over the next few days.
