I'm about food that tastes good and is good for you. Healthy food doesn't mean you should settle. I can show you how to make good food without the guilt.

I am a chef with over 15 years experience having worked in quality establishments both here and the rest of the UK.
Recently diagnosed with lactose intolerance came to have a greater understanding the difficulties people can have in their relationship with food. My aim is to help people cook good meals that are not only healthy but taste great. Working with people to show how to get round a existing food allergy / intolerance. Also providing individual tailored food plan for a weekly /monthly basis with recipes and methods.
