Introducing the Tracked Conveyor TC421 Revolution! The TC421 Revolution is a tracked mounted fully mobile conveyor designed to work at productions rates of up to 400tph.
Track conveyors provide a much larger stockpile capacity than fixed infrastructures and improve plant mobility by removing material from the processing equipment.
... The TC421 removes the need for a dedicated wheel loader to constantly remove material from the crusher, screen or shedder and can reduce fuel costs by up to 70%.

The LF520 is a track mounted fully mobile conveyor designed to work at production rates of up to 500tph.
The Telestack Low Feeder range is available in a series of designs and hopper capacities depending on feeding equipment and production rates on site.
... The LF520 that is being showcased at Bauma is a not a standard Low Feeder Conveyor as it has been designed with special features which include;
1. Apron Feeder - This unit has been specified with a heavy duty apron feeder that can be used to receive large, lumpy, abrasive and heavy materials under heavy impact conditions. The heavy-duty design of this unit ensures minimal downtime and many years of service life. The apron feeder eliminates any choking of material and reclaims material at a uniform rate.
2. Overboard Magnet has been added to remove ferrous material.
3. Picking Station – When material needs to be removed the picking station will be placed on and one/two operators will be on each side on the belt to manually remove unwanted material. There are four chutes incorporated so that it can pick up to 4 products.
The customer that has purchased this machine will be using the LF520 within a stockpiling station when stockpiling material the picking station will be removed.

This week we welcomed Jorge Pacheco Paredes, from Oxxean Shipping who travelled from Chile to Telestack, Northern Ireland to see and inspect their mobile shiploader prior to dispatch. This unit will be shipped in 8 X 40ft containers to Puerto Montt in Southern Chile.
The TB58 Radial Telescopic Tracked Shiploader will be used to load woodchips onto Panamax sized vessels at rates of 500-600TPH, it will form a key part of the new exporting business and will be operational within... the next month.
