A while ago I worked with one of Irelands most respected food service companies to produce a new product catalogue and website.
FoodCo, based in Lisburn, Co. Antrim and Ashbourne, Co. Meath, supplies a number of speciality food/non-food products to restaurants throughout the island of Ireland.
After photographing approx. 1000 products, the design and layout process for the catalogue commenced. FoodCo and their many happy customers continue to benefit from the simplistic layo...ut.

Over the past year I have had the privilege of working with John Chapman (Chapman Foods) to produce a promotional film, as well as a variety of design graphics including show displays etc.
Chapman Foods is based in the orchard country of Co. Armagh! Their headquarters, on the Battlehill Road, is surrounded by an extensive array of apple orchards. At this time of the year the apple blossom has almost disappeared to make way for the world famous Armagh Bramley Apple, which incidentally was awarded the prestigious ‘Protected Geographical Indication (PGI)’ status back in 2012.
At their extensive production facility, the hard working staff take these tangy little beauties and ‘process’ them into a variety of different ‘cuts’ ready to be distributed to food service, restaurants and retail customers alike.

Working with people who are passionate about what they do is a breath of fresh air for creatives such as myself!
The passion shown by husband and wife team, David & Fiona Boyd-Armstrong, is infectious to say the least. These guys operate the Rademon Estate Distillery in Co. Down where they produce the famous Shortcross Gin.
A couple of months ago I had the privilege of visiting the distillery again to capture some images following the installation of 2 new state of the art c...opper stills. We also shot some cocktails too. That was fun!

Hands up if your mouth is watering at the sight of this!
Tayto is a local business that has had a huge impact in the local economy for a long time. My nanny Jo, who sadly passed away earlier this year, worked on the factory floor many years ago.
As well as a snack (especially if you just want something really tasty that hits the spot), there are so many ways you can use wonderful products!

Customers from all over the world can order their favourite snacks from the comfort of their arm chair!
