Easy access had everything I required at good prices and friendly staff

Tesco is great. The café at this Tesco must be particularly praised as it does good breakfasts.

Terrible staff would never shop here again, staff speak down to you as if your a second class citizen and the manager does not care either. To all other shopper STAY CLEAR

Staff are unhelpful to say the least. I am a volunteer fundraiser for the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice. I handed in 3 letters from the Hospice hoping to get a date in the future at the store to raise funds for the Hospice. I never heard another thing. The's letters were handed to the staff at Customers Services Desk for the attention of the Manager. Again no acknowledgement. I handed in another letter to the Community Champion again still waiting for the response. I then handed another letter to a Senior member of staff who promised the manager will get the letter. I lived locally and use the store all the time but I can't understand the lack of ownership from Senior staff. This is a local charity that I am trying to help. Tesco's at this store are oblivious to these repeated requests.

Absolute disgrace how the staff treat customers is a joke. Security guards harassing pensioners and talking down to them with no reason what so ever apart from make it look like they are doing a job, on the self service a Tesco's employee watches a 8 my 8 month pregnant girl friend scan and pay for our good while I bag and then comes over and accused her of stealing and when he is questioned on why he felt the need to do so. His reply was because someone else that week had stolen. Well if they weren't so busy harassing people who are paying for there goods then they would maybe have a chance of catching real thieves instead of preying on easy targets to make it look like they have a job.
