We are hiring! - Leisure Assistant (Part-time)
A position has become available for a part-time Leisure Assistant to work for Datchet & Eton Leisure at the Thames Valley Athletics Centre on a part time basis.
The Centre offers various sporting facilities and services to both members, the public and other organisations. We require the candidate to be flexible to work shift work across daytimes and evenings during weekdays and on weekends. These may include Bank Holidays. We are... looking for someone to work between 24-40 hours per week. September onwards.
The Candidate - Have excellent customer service skills. - Be a confident, trustworthy team player. - Be flexible and reliable for shift work. - Be a self-motivated, confident individual that uses their iniative. - Be physically fit to undertake manual jobs. - No experience or qualifications necessary as this will be provided, however the successful candidate would be expected to work towards their Level 2 Leisure Operations NVQ as part of their training.
The Job - Support every department in the operational daily running of the club. Including, set up, set down, cleaning, tidying, answering the phones, dealing with customers on reception, membership sales and show rounds, and helping us to run a clean and safe building. - Continual interaction with members and maintaining a club presence whilst on shift, being proactive and efficient. - Follow brand standards, health and safety, cleanliness and good working use of all facilities - Be willing to take on extra responsibility to meet the needs of the business as you progress within the team

Outdoor track is fantastic. Indoor is looking a little tired but still a good track overall
