Amazing curly blow dry done today by one of our 1st year students for our blow dry fundraiser for PIPS Newry. A great job done & only £5, the fundraiser is on until Thursday of this week & no appointments needed!! Don’t miss out!!

Went to the Rosemary Street academy and got my hair cut and restyled. Everyone was very nice, I was helped right away, and I love my new haircut!

Very pleased with my highlights (full head) that Eve in the Academy on Brunswick Street put in this morning. Attentive, knew exactly what I wanted, and a really lovely person. Will definitely be back :)

The Academy Hair & Beauty Portadown What a fantastic bunch of girls and as for Debbie she is always smiling, courteous and professional, goes out of her way to make sure you have a great experience! Never go anywhere else and always leave feeling a million dollars!! Thanks girl!

I was introduced to this amazing place by my niece just love thst girl and I can't stay away !!!!

I trained in hair acedemy! Both bridge street and Brunswick street and qualified in hairdressing loved every bit of it! Thank to Angela, Maria and Sonia I'm a fully qualified hairdresser and have been for 5 years now love every bit of it!! Hair academy is defo the place to be trained!! U work with them they will Defo work with u!!! #amazing

I myself work in the portadown branch, but must say Nadeen is great at her job! Got my hair restyled which included shaving on Wednesday past and I absolutely love it!!x

Have to say best place in town to get my hair done by Nicola and in the beauty Girl called Nicola also. Missing the place as am living in Scotland now and not found a place as good and friendly.

Had a lovely relaxing afternoon at the Academy last Friday. Louise gave me a super back massage with facial and Valerie rescued my poor neglected hair. Won't be long til my next visit.

Got my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Kirsty I think it was today in portadown and she was absolutely brilliant never had my eyebrows this nicely done before and I've tried everywhere! Defo will be back with her again she was brilliant and so friendly aswell.

Called on my lunch break & was pleasantly surprised to be taken right away with no waiting time. Over the years I have always had my eyebrows threaded, but my first experience of waxing was pain free thanks to the lovely beautician who treated me. I would normally pay more than double of what you charge to get my eyebrows done & am far happier with the results from the Academy than elsewhere. It will be my go to place for beauty related treatments from now on. Thanks so much!!

Amazing salon. Great customer service! Definitely make customers feel comfortable which I've never been able to say about any salon before. 100% recommend 💇

First few times I been to this salon it was great done an amazing job but the last time I went got highlights which completely damaged my hair! This all broke off within the space of 2 weeks! My hair used to be thick, long, curly hair now it’s thin, damaged an lifeless. Personally I do not recommend this salon I would recommend going to a specialist for hair colouring. Hair cutting may be fine but dyeing is deff a NO NO! An for the price it was a rip off (LITERALLY), paid £60 for this when I went to another well established hair salon in the city centre that charged me £45 with a treatment!

Walked into Newry school waited for over an hour was discussed as two customers who came in after me were taken. Left feeling really upset. Will not be recommending you.

My mother was in at 9.30am they told her to wait 30min waited 1hour the girl was rude all the time , couldn't get what she wanted they took to long only left at 2 in all the time not once she was offered cup of coffee,I always liked going her and would recommend to anyone but not any more discussed with them
