The Academy Restaurant At Ulster University

We have been working hard formatting the menus with students. Most of our menus are now available on the website for both, Tuesday and Thursday evenings for the Spring semester.
The students have been very creative with the dishes on the menus from Hay smoked chicken to chocolate and lavender mousse, Burrata and beetroot textures, Pink prosecco and hibiscus sorbet. Just to name a few.

The award-winning Academy Restaurant will reopen for evening service on Thursday 6th February. Dinner is a set six-course meal, full of culinary creativity, served each Tuesday and Thursday at 7.00pm.

Feeling proud of our Culinary Arts Management student Niall Courtney and his mentor Michael Gillies after achieving a silver medal in Culinary Arts at the WorldSkills awards Ceremony on Saturday evening.
