The Acupuncture Loft has co-founded an FB group called Invisible Illness Warriors along with some amazing admin members Alicia Hanly and Carmen Brady-James. Trish treated me on many occasions whilst she was running her clinic in Notting Hill in London. I work in the fitness industry and do a good bit of martial arts. My shoulder was always a problem, before I met Trish I did everything!! Physio, sports masseuse, taping, anti inflammatory, you name it. I couldn't believe it when after a few sessions with Trish the pain had reduced massively. I regularly visited Trish and honestly from there onwards I was pain free and fighting fit � If I had time to fly to Belfast for treatments I honestly would jump on the plane now as I've done something to my knee now �

So had a treatment today with this beautiful soul. Having pain stiffness in my neck and shoulder, Trish worked her magic through various techniques to loosen my shoulder joints and muscle. Very professional griendly and thorough service - Highly recommend! Will be attending next week again.

I've been suffering from really bad anxiety for the past few months and decided to give acupuncture a go. Trish has such a lovely way about her and she instantly put me at ease. The whole process was so relaxed and calming and for the first time in months I have actually had a break from the constant fear that was taking over my life. I am SO thankful and seriously convinced. I WILL be back again!! Thank you Trish!

I went to Trish for a number issues, namely an underactive thyroid, low energy and stomach issues. I never had acupuncture before but Trish immediately discussed any concerns, issues or misinformation that I had. I had a number of sessions over a period of time and it was exceptionally beneficial to me. Unfortunately I no longer live near Trish, otherwise I'd be still a regular client. I'd highly recommend her.

I sent my husband yesterday as he is always complaining about his knees and they are bad. He came home and the first thing he said to me was that I must go. He said it was lovely experience and he felt great during it and definately wants to repeat experience. He said it also had a very calming effect on him and the fact he had no aches and pains during it.

I have had low back pain for a number of years and have had all sorts of tablets and all sorts of treatments...nothing seems to work! As a hairstylist in the industry for over 30 yrs I stand for hours on end and I have come to accept that I'd have to live with this pain.

Ive had acupuncture in the past but not like the treatment I received today from Trish. She really knows her stuff and can honestly say I didn't feel the needles going in. �

I came out pain free for the first time in months. I know it's only the first treatment and know the pain won't stay away for long but I'll continue with Trisha's plan.

Can't recommend this lovely lady enough.

Trish made me feel so relaxed and I thoroughly enjoyed the session. I have had many more treatments with Trish since then which have really helped with problems I didn’t even know I had!

I also absolutely loved the cupping. It was so amazingly relaxing and Trish is by far the best practitioner I have been to!

Trish is friendly, calm, professional, very intuitive and has a vast knowledge of Chinese medicine and techniques.

Had my 1st ever acupuncture appointment tonight. Would highly recommend trish. Made to feel at ease from start to finish. Feel great and no back pain which is unusual for me. Thank you for an amazing treatment. C u again on monday x
