Friendly, helpful staff, quick service, nice building!

Called in ahead of time to ask if I needed to make a doctor's appointment to use the treatment room, was told no. Made the 45 minute walk down to the centre only to be told the exact opposite. Receptionists are lying pricks who'll say whatever will get you off the phone quickest.

Update: A week later returned with a note from my GP, had to wait in a for the treatment room only for it to break the second they tried to use it on me. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Asked for appointment today, 31 Jan and I got one for 9th Feb!!! If somebody is sick, need doctor on same or next day, not after 9 days!!!

The standard of care I receive here is excellent. Staff are courteous and professional, my appointments always run on time or thereabouts. I've been attending twice a week for the past several months - never had an issue and my physiotherapist is amazing.
