Went on Christmas day for Christmas dinner for me my mum my partner son and daughter .first time ever going out for Christmas dinner I have ms and can't cook a big family dinner anymore my mum 86 was best thing I ever done no stress and no dishes lol it was lovely we all enjoyed it and staff so pleasant experience was good

We were here last night for the Christmas dinner event and we had a great time. The food was excellent apart from the vegetables which I found to be poor compared to the rest of the food. Everything else was brilliant including the staff who were very friendly and efficient. It was very good value for money and can't fault any other aspect of the evening. There was a great,warm atmosphere. A most enjoyable evening all round �

We often call into the auld house on our way back to Tyrone from visiting family in newtownards. Yesterday was one of those days. Staff here are helpful and pleasant. Our food was hot and simply delicious ,, as always. ,,, good choice on menu,, overall neither of us had any complaints and we look forward to our next visit. ,,,

Very relaxing atmosphere, staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Went for Christmas Dinner meal out and food was excellent, (not your typical Christmas dinner where it is all rush rush rush and the food reflects this). I would highly recommend Stephen and his staff for an excellent service, quality meal at a great price. Remember Steak Night is a Wednesday night.... will be back.

Just finishing a very good meal with the family in the Auld House. Our first visit and it certainly won't be our last. Excellent service with friendly staff. Five stars well earned.

It's many years since I've been in the Auld House so I took some friends for lunch and we all had a beautiful meal with great service in lovely surroundings. Good to see the food and service has not changed in all those years.We will all be back again soon. Thank you Ivan

Stephen has been great helping plan for the past year so supportive of my crazy ideas and always at the end of the phone to help !

The food was amazing, so tasty , and great portion sizes , everyone throughly enjoyed the meal!

They went out of there way to give us specials touches for eg writing congratulations on our desserts.





Both us and the guests felt like we were treated above and beyond and this wee pub does not get enough credit !!



I can honestly not thank yous enough for everything being so well run staff fantastic and place spotless !

Haven't been here in a few years. Came yesterday for lunch with my husband and 5 year old son. Food was great and service was fast and pleasant! Will be back again! �

Had a great afternoon with my mum and the family the food is fabulous staff are so friendly. It is good hotel if you don't like to many people round you when are at your lunch I will be back again it is a brilliant hotel

Great service from Dylan today great food and I really like the new decor keep it up guys your doing a great job

Great food. Friendly helpful staff. No long waiting times between courses. Food served warm. Presentation good. Menu gives a lot of choice. Excellent value for money. Would recommend.

Been here a few times over the last couple of years and every time we go the food and staff overwhelm us. It's a home to home atmosphere with proper homemade food

Another gorgeous meal tonight, even better it was a wee living social deal and great value. Steaks both cooked to perfection and mushroom starters so yummy, great and very efficient service from friendly staff.

1st time here and it was absolutely stunning! Lovely staff & the food was to die for; will deffo be back�

Had a very tasty lunch today (sirloin) cooked perfectly! The manager is very welcoming and friendly which made for a most enjoyable meal!! I would definitely recommend here, so if you haven't been for a while, it would be worthwhile calling in and trying it for yourself!!

Went to the Auld house last night for dinner with family, the two younger waitresses on shift were lovely and friendly, the other older waitress was rude to my group on two occasions, who ever she is she needs a lesson in customer service. - the food was lovely, but the actual restaurant is freezing, asked to be relocated away from the window but the unfriendly waitress said no, even though the restaurant was 80% empty. Wont be back unfortunately that staff member has put me off
