Having a baby is a time of huge change in a woman's life, whether its her first child or not. Most women find their joy and excitement is overshadowed by fears and concerns about birth.
The Better Birth Company supports and empowers women to understand how their bodies are designed to give birth and teaches them simple yet effective relaxation, breathing and positive visualisations that help them make their birth a more positive experiene for them and their baby.
