We had a very lovely room overlooking the bay and experienced the best night's sleep we'd had in a Hotel/B&B for years.
Maureen, the proprietor was very friendly and attentive and served up a wonderful breakfast.
The Mourne Seafood Bar is 200yds away across the road and the Buck's Head (both excellent for dinner) is next door. Many wonderful walks nearby.
The Carriage House would be hard to beat for a quiet night away from it all.
It was a lovely, confortable place opposite the bay, and near the Mourne Mountains and the Silent Valley. We found a great hospitality: we felt like visiting the family. Maureen offered us a great breakfast in the winter garden. We found everything we could have expected and more.
It is a very comfortable, clean and spacious B&B. The huge and tasty breakfast is served in a conservatory facing the garden. The place is in a great location and the hospitality is amazing
