Learn simple Reflexology techniques to song and rhymes that are very effective for clearing the sinuses and chest. Helping the child to relax and induce sleep. These new skills will be relevant no matter what age 👣💕. Class will last 1 hour includes booklet to take home price £15. You can bring your child if you wish, model feet are provided for you to practice on if you wish to attend without a child.

My 4 month old son and I attended the Child reflexology workshop with Emma. This was a great morning and we both really enjoyed it. Emma was very thorough when coaching us through the various booklets and focused on my sons problem areas including reflux and colic. Emma was also very flexible when my son needed fed, changed and was a little unsettled. I would highly recommend this to other mums and dads. Thanks Emma xxx

I highly recommend this Children's Reflexology Programme. I completed the six week course recently with my 3 year old son and we both really enjoyed it! IThe songs and the story book that the reflexology is set to is absolutely beautiful. Emma is highly skilled and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained and demonstrated all the different techniques. My son received a certificate on completion and a beautiful copy of the book to keep. This course would be very suitable for all children including those with additional needs. I cant recommend this enough!
