Chocolate parties for all ages

At The Chocolate Lab we offer a fun and educational party option that is different to the norm.

Chocolate parties are tailored to your specific needs. We cover all age groups from pre-school up. Boys /girls, teens and adult birthday parties. Hen parties, bridal /baby showers, schools, community groups or just a bit of family fun.

We provide a mobile service. You provide the venue (all we need is a spacious room with a table, use of a microwave, kitchen sink and fridge). We supply all the chocolate, equipment and expertise to provide you with an indulgent party you won't forget.


The Chocolate Lab provides a unique chocolate experience where all age groups and genders will feel comfortable and where you can get creative with chocolate.


CHILDREN'S PARTIES

children's parties are themed but can be tailored to suit your specific needs.

* Personalised chocolate Bars - each child will learn how to mould 2 large Belgian chocolate bars, 2 lollipops and an oreo cookie lollipop which they can personalise with their favourite candies and treats.

* Chocolate Pizza Party - each child will make their own solid Belgian chocolate pizza, top it with their favourite candy treats and drizzle it in melted chocolate. They will also make 2 lollipops and an oreo cookie lollipop.

COSTS

Parties last 1 1 /2 hours and start at £100 for 8 children (£10 per additional child).

Included are:

* All of the chocolate supplies and packaging.
* Party bags for all of the children, filled with the goodies they make.

Optional:

* A large chocolate birthday cake covered in creamy Belgian milk chocolate, with a tower of marshmallows flowing with Belgian white chocolate (see the photo gallery for pictures). Pure indulgence at £45 (usually £55).


DELUXE PARTY PACKAGE

We offer a deluxe package for parties of 15 children. Included is a selection of chocolate making activities. Chocolate fountain running through the session and a huge Belgian chocolate & marshmallow cake. £215 (worth £240)


WORKSHOPS

SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS

For groups of over 25 people or more we offer a 20% reduction. on Groups of over 40 people we can tailor a package that will suit your needs and budget. Contact me for further details.

GETTING MARRIED.

Why not hold your bridal shower at our unique venue. Learn how to make your own wedding favours, personalised Belgian chocolate name places and lollies or your favourite truffles. Enjoy a luxury hot chocolate bar throughout the entire session. Cost: £15 - £35 per person depending on package.

For a fun filled hen party learn how to make an indulgent chocolate body paint, mould solid Belgian chocolate 'L' plates, princess crowns or shoes. Even chocolate men! Enjoy an adults only luxury hot chocolate bar with your favourite liqueur drinking chocolate. £15-£40 per person depending on package.

FAMILY FUN

Struggling to find a fun filled activity for all the family? Book a family fun day. 2 hours of chocolate making with a kit to continue at home (priced individually).


A 20% deposit is payable on booking any party to secure the date and time slot. A 2 week notice is required for Party /group cancellations. If a party is cancelled at shorter notice than 2 weeks, deposit will be lost, unless illness /unforeseen circumstances occur.

DIRECTIONS

Google maps and Sat Nav will take you to the wrong place!

The best place to park is the Fairhill Carpark which is situated behind Donaghy Bros Electrical. Once in the carpark turn left and drive to the very top, past the church and you will see double gates beside a unit with shutters. Park here and come through the gates, turn right and you are at the Chocolate Lab.

Alternatively, drive to the Diamond roundabout in Kilrea, take the exit for Portglenone. Drive past the fire station on your left and you will come to a smaller roundabout. Take the 2nd exit, signed for Culnady /Lisnagrot Rd. Immediately turn right down the alley and into the enterprise agency and through the gates. The Chocolate Lab is on your left.
