Copeland Spirits, established in 2015, brings to market innovative, exciting and desirable gins. We support local farmers and champion brilliant, fresh produce.
Copeland Gin is a handcrafted infusion of locally sourced fruits from the hedgerows and farms of County Down, Northern Ireland. We infused our premium gin using a bespoke and tailored hand-crafted process, turning and mixing each batch every few days to instil quality into each and every bottle. We use only the freshest produce from our growers to draw out the best flavour combinations and ensure an exciting and innovative taste experience.

The rhubarb gin is fabulous.
The Raspberry and Mint gin is amazing!!! I wouldn’t drink any other gin now �� if you have never tried it definitely do ..... you will be hooked �
Recently tried raspberry and mint gin with fevertree tonic. It was easily the most delicious refreshing beverage I've come across!! Can't wait to try rhuberry!! ���
Purchased my 1st bottle of Copeland gin (limited edition) today after a tasting in The Vineyard, Ormeau Rd! Tastes fab!!
Only just started to stock Copeland in our bar in banbridge and it has already made it into our top 5 out of around 50 gins!!! Highly recommend crushed blackberrys with the rhuberry gin, and you can't go wrong with raspberry and fresh mint at all!! Keep up the good work!!

My boyfriend called Gareth at Copeland gin - got great advice on how to serve the gin and it was truly amazing with fresh mint! Loving the raspberry and mint gin- so delicious!
Loving the Rhuberry and also the new Limited Edition Spiced Apple and Blackcurrant. Lots of subtle flavours coming through, great with Premium Tonic, slice of Orange and a Cinnamon stick served over ice ��
