Service was non-existant. Had to go get my own drinks from the bar and find the waiter to pay the bill 20 mins after it was left on the table. One dish was massively overcooked, one had a hair in it and the meal of one starter, one main course each took 2.5 hours before it was over. Avoid here!!

The seafood chowder was the best I have had. My partners roast beef was also excellent. The lemon cake was awesome. Very friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere, great place.

Lovely place for food.. Food was all awesome but the staff were impeccable.. Coming out to ensure we were OK, asking us if we had enough food and the chef also came out and introduced himself. Would definitely recommend!

I did not sleep here but I enjoyed their fantastic seafood chowder. Much better than other places I have stopped! My whole party greatly enjoyed their food, you will not be disappointed :)

They also have Game of Thrones stuff worth looking at, since the filming of several scenes happened nearby and a number of the actors enjoyed staying at the Inn here.

Excellent meal. Really friendly staff who went out of their way for us as we had a hungry child and they brought out bread to keep him going until his meal arrived and then gave him a football at the end of it. Food was lovely, the rare steak and the pear brule were the highlights.

Lovely eatery and a lovely drive to get there. Parking is limited but we still managed as it's always flowing. It's part of the games of thrones tour pitstop and has some props from the set as well as one of the doors carved out from the trees from the dark hedges. This is part of of a series of doors to commemorate season 6 of the show. Food wise it's top quality and the staff are all very friendly. Good range of foods, but only the one I option for vegetarians unless you have fish then there is more than enough. The scampi and chips is amazing. Been there twice now and love it.

The restaurant is a really good place to finish off a day out around the area. Good hearty food in a cozy atmosphere. Or if your want something simpler and cheaper they run a good chip shop next door.

What a very friendly and homely guesthouse. I stayed here last night and had a wonderful time. The food was Devine I had the roast of the day I couldn't fault a single thing about It. For dessert I had the pavlova. It was so mouthwatering I would have gladly had another plate. All the staff are lovely very chatty and made me feel very welcome. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was great. Thanks Sean for pointing out the free coffee refills. 😉 Was surprised to find the sword Ice from Game of Thrones on display, as well as THE DOOR!
