Wonderful service, great food. I enjoyed the chicken with mashed potatoes and deep fried onions (tobacco onions). Vegetarian options available too. There is a full sitdown restaurant section separate from the pub/bar area.

Don't let the exterior of a pub fool you , this place serves fantastic food and has a great atmosphere . the burgers are great , haddock in prawn mornay to die for and a really great way to serve nachos . A1

Good food, great service and very friendly staff

We stayed in Ballycatsle on a whim, and found the Diamond Bar on our search for dinner. Given the option fo sitting in the restaurant in back or up front in the bar, we settled in the bar area at a table next to a nice little hearth where they had a good fire going (November) and enjoyed our time there tremendously! Had a steak and seafood chowder, both were perfectly tasty, and reasonably priced. Service was good, and the atmosphere next to the fire was lovely, for a rainy November evening.

If I found myself in Ballycastle again, I would surely go back!
