Had my new door fitted and am more than pleased with the door and the whole experience from choosing the type and colour to it being fitted.The staff in the store and the person who fitted it were exceptional

I recently bought flooring from the doorstore and the advice was second to none. The price was very keen and the service top class. Delivery of the flooring was prompt and on time and the fitters did an excellent job. I would not shop for flooring anywhere else. Extremely courteous and helpful staff.

Recently purchased a composite front door from Door Store Boucher. This was an investment for us and we shopped about various suppliers. From start to finish Door Store was fantastic. Price was very competitive. Customer service was first class. Assisted by Jason we were shown various options and given great advice. He really gave us confidence in our decisions. A fitter was arranged to survey our front door and this was arranged promptly and to suit us. Door was made to measure and the lead time on this process was very reasonable. Door Store fitter was excellent...one of the best tradesmen we have had in our home in recent years. All in all we received a superb service and product! No hesitation in recommending.

We have purchased wood flooring for three rooms in our home plus 10 interior doors from this business over the past 8 years. Recently we purchased wood flooring to do another large room. Shortly after we brought the wood flooring home, my husband had a serious health issue and we decided not to take on the project. We loaded up the wood and all needed materials and returned them to the store for a refund, as we were told we could bring back any unopened boxes, no problem...the manager said. Well, that is not really the case. If you bring back the whole lot there is a 20% restocking fee taken out of your refund. We asked where that was stated....in tiny print on the back of the receipt...which the salesman acknowledged that nobody reads, but then he pointed to a sign up near the ceiling in the store where it refers to this restocking fee of 20%. While the product from the store may be reasonable, their customer service is not! Needless to say after we lost over one hundred and twenty pounds because of this, we will no longer be doing business with them. They were within their rights but that doesn't make it RIGHT.

Staff were very helpful been back a few times for slide robes and will be back again you can't just give them a one star because handles fall off that's down to the fitter lol

I bought three internalMexican oak doors on Monday when I got home I discovered the panels on one door appeared to have no oak veneer. I phoned up and explained the guy on the phone said no problem bring it in . I explained I lived in Newcastle and could not until the weekend he said that was fine. So early this morning I strapped it to the roof rack brought it back the guy helped me get it off the roof and said oh there trade doorstep can be like that I said the other two doors are perfect he said that's why they're trade door. He then basically didn't want to know he was arrogant and condescending.

Although it say trade it does not explain this has to do with finish and looks to be about the price at vat free . I paid full price well over £100 . Shoddy customer service and dishonest . I gave them a star because it will not let me mark zero
