Ladies I urge you if you are looking for an amazing head piece look no further than The Dress House. I was on the hunt for an amazing hat to wear to Royal Ascot, I sent Charlene a picture of my dress and she quickly responded. She sent a picture of the hat she believed would be perfect for my dress, and she was spot on. Few days later dress with shoes in hand I walked into what I can only describe as hat heaven οΏ½. Charlene has the most stunning hats I have ever seen such an array of colours and styles, and as luck would have it the hat she picked was perfect οΏ½. I ended up hiring two hats from Charlene as we decided to go two days, and yet again I hit the jackpot and got another fabulous hat. I found Charlene to be very friendly and professional, also as a plus, her hat hire is very very reasonable. Ladies do not pass this fantastic place itβs the one οΏ½ for hat hire.
I can't rate Charlene and the dress house enough! Her selection is amazing and she can match a headpiece exactly to match your outfit and style! She's so easy to get on with and will give an honest opinion on hats and pieces. This is my 6th wedding this year using her headpieces and each one picking was a great experience! I've used her for numerous years and will continue to do so! Absolutely fantastic service!
Couldn't recommend this place enough, absolutely loved my hat! Charlene was so helpful. Communication was excellent,extremely friendly over the phone.I messaged Charlene really late at night after browsing through FB and finding the hat I wanted and she messaged back instantly! I arranged for a courier to pick it up the next day and she went out of her way to try and help! I already can't wait for the next wedding I have just so i can get another wonderful piece from her collection. Thanks again Charlene οΏ½
Charlene is such a lovely woman. She is very attentive to what you want & her selection of millinery is just FAB. I have had 2 weddings in the last 3 weeks & I was last minute for both head pieces but Charlene was so helpful & even matched earrings for both my dresses which were so beautiful & for just Β£5. I loved both of the pieces I hired especially the crown. I got so many compliments throughout the day i felt like a real princess οΏ½ lol. The dress house Will definitely be my go to for millinery thanks again Charlene xx
