Here's a great round up of some of the things that have happened at The Front Room over the last year peeps. There have been sewing classes for children and adults, vintage fashion retail, bespoke bridal and millinery and even a Celtic Diva fashion show on St. Patrick's Day to help raise funds for local charities. Check out the results from my recent 6 week sewing course for beginners. Great students and amazing results, peeps. PM either myself or TheFrontRoomWhitehead for details.
Really well done to all my students who took part in the beginners sewing course recently. The 6 week course provided basic sewing skills, including troubleshooting, appliqué, fabric manipulation and some hand sewing. Students designed and made their own gorgeous cushion covers using their new skills.

Totes in love with silk tulle layered skirt from Coast. The tulle is dark brown. Size 10. Even more in love with the idea of wearing it with a sweater!

What a fabulous shop, full of amazing little gems, lovely dresses, and great accessories. Am in love with the gorgeous Paul Costelloe silk scarf. So great that I live so close. A fantastic addition to the town and well worth a visit.
Well.where do we begin?! Once you cross the portals of this vintage sanctuary, you are met with a cacophony of colour and fabulous Pandora's box ,of select items-both unique and bespoke-
Tess went in with an "idea"and found Angela had another alternative "vision'
An hour later! ..
(Which incidentally felt like 5 minutes ) a very delighted customer with a totally "different" dress,left,feeling privileged to have had such personal , attentive, candid and non waffling attention from the lovely uber on trend Angela
This store seems to be the talk of County Antrim! Lovely atmosphere, has a real vintage feel because of the first class one to one service and perfect location. Unique items you know will make you more beautiful instantly. Just what Whitehead was missing. Wishing Angela much success. Everyone I know is raving about this shop!
The Front Room is such a charming and unique place. There is a beautiful selection of vintage clothes and accessories to buy and I found a very pretty brooch today. I highly recommend a visit !!! You will not be disappointed.
The Front Room draws me like a magnet, and I have been trying to figure out whether it is the lovely owner Angela who always greets you with a smile upon entering or is it that she always has something new hanging on the rails for us to browse through. Angela is very professional and takes a genuine interest in her customer and what you are intending to purchase. Once you are trying it on she will give you her honest opinion whether it suits you or not. The Front Room stocks clothes for all occasions.
Really great 'shop' & something totally different for Whitehead! I love it, although I am now developing a hat habit!
