The Fever-Tree Gin School is touring the country educating the palates of the gin faithful.
On 19th of October in The Jailhouse - Gin Bar, join the Fever-Tree flavourists who will immerse you in an interactive tonic pairing wheel masterclass, showcasing the tasting notes in Fever-Tree tonics and how they combine with the five key flavour categories of gin. Prepare your taste buds for pure delight, as you will be treated to a complimentary gin on arrival, as well as four gin ...pairings based on different flavour notes of Fever-Tree tonic.
In this interactive masterclass, some light nibbles will keep you going as you are brought through the history of Fever-Tree, the gin distilling process and most importantly the Fever-Tree pairing process.
Fever-Tree’s Gin Graduates will leave with a generous goodie bag of Fever-Tree mixers to practice their new pairing expertise at home.

Went for a bite to eat for our chums 30th. The staff are absolutely amazing, foods unreal and the atmosphere is class. Really enjoyed our night here and will deffo be back!!

This is my new spot. Called in for a drink with my hubby on Saturday, then took my friend in on Monday. Had the most gorgeous breakfast, in well what can I say the most quirky wee bar! Food and coffee were amazing. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Will most definitely be back....

Myself and friends called in this evening for a quick bit and drink, the place looks great with a fantastic vibe, staff where friendly and on the ball. Definitely will be back for a proper session �

Great unique space in Belfast city centre. A previously dead space completely reimagined.

Great food, atmosphere and staff! Will be back!!

Food, cocktails and staff are first class! Can’t wait for another visit �

Gr8 venue for drinks. Food was good too...but not really somewhere Id go to for a leisurely meal, just a quick snack as seating is in the bar. No separate restaurant. People were standing all around our table

Had brunch yesterday & whilst food was okay I sent my 1st coffee back! The flat white coffee ordered was luke warm with no flavour. The waitress was lovely & replaced it with no fuss but the 2nd wasn't much better although it was warm but still lacked flavour.
