Nice friendly bar, good selection of beers, whiskies and gins, sometimes with music. Good food. Situated in the ground floor of what was once the HQ of the Belfast News Letter, the oldest daily newspaper in the world still in daily publication.

Excellent staff, fantastic doormen and an atmosphere that's unique and inviting

Visited one day for lunch, loved the atmosphere at lunch time, local workers popping in for their break. Had a delicious chowder with soda bread, rich flavour at poor mans prices. Couldn't ask for more.

It's a real authentic old fashioned pub with great choice of beers and good atmosphere. Excellent live traditional music and sessions if you get the right night.

A real pub, the way they used to be. Good selection of beers. Slightly old fashioned in appearance but still a welcoming place. Most definitely NOT a modern plastc pub.
