At Lighthouse Watches, we offer fantastic value across a huge selection of brand new world famous Swiss and German watches, with manufacturer's warranty.

For over ten years, I have been selling beautiful brand new genuine Swiss and German wristwatches to clients around the world.

When I started out, the reaction at home in Ireland to a good watch was largely one of 'sure what would I need one of those for', and I was bemused as I watched the same people jump into their big Audi, Beemer or Chelsea Tractor (costing £50k or more) whilst wearing a watch (if at all) worth 50 quid.

It kinda seems like reverse logic in a way to me, and although I fully appreciate the pleasure of owning a nice car, but the big motor will depreciate rapidly from day one, and cost a fortune to run, whereas a nice watch can be enjoyed anywhere you care to take it, and they do make a statement and are recognised as a symbol of sophistication.

So, armed with some of the best prices in Europe I focussed my efforts on an overseas market and have since handled several thousand fine timepieces, sending them on their way to happy clients in all corners of the world.

So, what's different now? Why this page? Well, as my network of connections in this insular industry has expanded, I have been able to access virtually any decent watch brand for some years now, and as awareness of fine watches has grown I can at least share with my local Facebook watch enthusiasts many of the watches which are available to order.

Lighthouse Watch Co carries no stock on-site and is not a drop-in boutique, although a meeting /collection can be arranged - by appointment - at my office which is located just off the M1-A1 Dublin - Belfast corridor.

For me there are a number of criteria which must be in place when dealing with watches of a certain value, and among these are:

1. Quality - no seconds /no fakes /no replicas ever.
2. Source - I only ever deal with trusted sources
3. Price - Our local prices will compete with any EU watch company.
4. Warranty - to offer full manufacturer's warranty on new watches so if there is ever a problem your watch can be repaired by the watch manufacturer

These are just some of my standards, but they mean that your new watch is as genuine as the one you might see in the jeweler's window, and with the exact same warranty too. The only difference is in the price, and that sets us apart.

And the Lighthouse? Well the light of the Haulbowline Lighthouse, off Cranfield beach at the entrance to the beautiful Carlingford Lough on the east coast of Ireland, often keeps me company as we both work deep into the night.
