Fantastic turn out this evening at the Misty Burn! Over 50 happy children queued up to meet Santa, it’s safe to say the little ones had a ball! Lots of happy faces 🎁🎅🏻😍☃️

Went to the dessert night tonight and omg it was soo good. Will definitely be back �

Went to the dessert night last night and really enjoyed the dessert of choice, hard to choose as it all looked delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive and i will be definately be back again.

We went on Saturday with family from across the water and the food was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The Portions were more than adequate, the service quick and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend The Misty Burn and we will be looking forward to returning again in the near future.

Visited on Friday for tea and a catch up. The food and service were excellent. I'm pregnant and more fussy than usual and they met all my unusual requests. We were chatting so much we didn't realise it was 30 mins past their closing and they didn't even mention it. Love this wee spot, can't wait to return.

Quality local food, the pancakes and bacon with maple syrup are amazing, as are the scones and desserts, and our Christmas lunch was easily the best I've had. Definitely worth a visit!

Myself and my husband stopped here today for some lunch. Well we were not at all disappointed! We had the misty burn burger and chicken goujons were absolutely gorgeous, along with a perfect coffee and two gorgeous desserts to take home, the raspberry ruffle cheescake and banoffee pie �! Will definitely be back!

Just home from steak night at the Misty Burn. The food was delicious with all steaks cooked to our liking. The portions were more than generous and the desserts � were fantastic. Have to say getting Mauds ice cream with dessert was a brilliant treat.

Have been to The Misty Burn several times. Always fantastic service. Staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is ever a bother. Food is always to a very high standard and always plenty to choose from on the menu. We always leave very happy! ☺️

Had the best afternoon tea here this afternoon. Can't say enough about it. You can chose your own sandwich fillings which is a bonus. Lovely warm scones served with jam and cream. Lots and lots of different cakes which was brilliant. Anyone who likes afternoon tea has to try the Misty Burn. Service was excellent too. Gillian couldn't do enough for us. Thanks for a lovely afternoon.

Called in with my son, I had the Misty Burn Fry and he had the Pancake Stack with bacon and maple syrup , both excellent , staff also helpful , friendly and very pleasant and all for a very reasonable price

Called in today with my wife for stew...best ever!!! And the traybakes were ace as well!!!

Afternoon tea is so so good first class food and great value too good to miss

Was disappointed with the steak and gravy pie,too dry inside, pastry not crispy at all,could cook a bit longer in oven. Strawberry Pavlova was yummy. Service is good, friendly staff.

Stopped here yesterday by chance was just out for a wee drive with the wife . I had a 5 peice fry and wife had pancake stack with bacon and maple syrup . Both of of really enjoyed our food tea and coffee. Wee place is spotless and staff are friendly. I also see that they do steak nights to defo will be back and defo going yo try their steak night as well. If you are ever going from ballymena to larne over the hill stop and give this place a try you wont be disappointed. It used the be the old battery inn.
