Its a busy weekend in Hillsborough with the Hillsborough Farmers Market and the Sunflowerfest. Whether its a proper Parson's breakfast, luscious lunch or succulent steak dinner we've got it covered this weekend.

Went here for for our anniversary. It’s one of the best meals we have ever had. Service was excellent. Really a great experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Thank you for looking after my group of 30 dairy farmers. Lunch was first class in a gorgeous pub. Service was great, so welcoming and attentive. Would highly recommend.

Had a great lunch with my wife yesterday. The food was beautiful and it was really nice sitting on the terrace out back in the sun. We'll definitely be back again soon!!

Big thank you to Jenny and Ronan and all the staff at The Parson's Nose for making our dad's 80th birthday meal on Saturday night such a memorable occasion. All those special, extra touches were noticed and much appreciated! The food was fabulous, topped only by the amazing service. All credit to the staff team, who welcomed us and served us drinks in the bar, before making sure we were seated upstairs in time for dad's arrival. He was expecting a small family get together and was overwhelmed to see his close friends there too - not often that man is speechless! To Rebecca, Will and Issac (and all the other staff on duty), thank you for your attentive, personal service. To Chef and the kitchen staff, thank you,the food was exceptional.
