They tend to crop up from time to time, personal, professional, business, relationship, health. Some we look forward to, relish the prospect of getting stuck into something that will push our limits. Others we dread, afraid they will push us too far, wondering why things have to change in the first place- sure isn't everything ok the way it is?
What's the point of them- especially the ones we dread? I don't know. But... a very wise man once told me something after one of the toughest weeks I'd ever had-
"Life is tough. But you're tougher"
